Dan Gehling joined GMF Group’s Acquisitions team in 2025. At GMF Group, Dan is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and analyzing investments, as well as coordinating due diligence efforts. Prior to GMF Group, Dan was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he specialized in multifamily and manufactured housing assets across Ohio. During his tenure, he gained extensive insight into Midwest market trends and what drives smooth transactions. He holds a BA in Finance from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
